WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?

RaElle Krafts offers coasters made of clay that are 3.75 inches in diameter and available in 3 shapes and slab colors. You can have a variety of coaster sets from circle, square, hexagon, white slab, gray slab, and terracotta slab.

RaElle Krafts also offers digitally created art that is perfect for your DIY events, online branding, and business materials. You can have different packages from tarpaulin, invitation, social media branding, business cards, vouchers, coupons, milestone boards, and many more, â€‹

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TRANSIT?

COASTERS

For coasters below 7 pieces, your order will be shipped after 7 days. For 7 - 15 pieces, shipped after 15 days. For more than 20 pieces, it will be shipped after 20 - 30 days depending on the number of pieces. Keep in mind that these are only estimations and may change depending on the number of orders and other situations.

DESIGN LAYOUT

We carefully think of the ideas and try to keep originality on the design based on your samples/instructions. Estimated date of order production will immediately start upon receipt of payment and you will receive 2 initial designs within 2 - 4 days after. Every revision will take 1 - 2 days. You will receive your high-definition version in PNG and PDF within 1 day after you confirm the final design. Keep in mind that we DO NOT sell or giveaway the editable files of the layout.

DO YOU DO MEET-UPS AND ACCEPT RESELLERS?

YES, we do meetups but due to current pandemic situation, we POSTPONE all meetup schedules until further notice.

NO, we DO NOT accept resellers. All products offered by RaElle Krafts are handmade with love and are processed upon client's requests. We are open on partnerships or tie-ups. Send your proposal through raellekraftsonline@gmail.com with the subject "Proposal - Partnership with <brand name>"

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

COASTERS

Payments cannot be refunded on custom orders if there has been damages during delivery transit or due to improper handling of the items. You are free to email us at raellekraftsonline@gmail.com with subject and we will be happy to provide any discount or replacement if it is a mistake proven on our end.

DESIGN LAYOUT

Refunds are forfeited on design layouts when the high-definition version was already sent through email. Cancellation will only be accepted if RaElle krafts was informed within 12 hours after order production started. All valid cancellations are entitled to full payment refund.

 

In cases that you really need to cancel your order when the order production already started, you will be entitled to a 25% refund for coaster orders and 50% refund for design layout only given that your reason is valid and true to compensate for the time, effort, and materials already given on the order.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TRANSIT?

We will be the one to book couriers for same day deliveries while for orders through courier, it will be picked up and delivered by third-party logistics. We do not have any control on the transit and speedy delivery of your order so it is best to track your packages in the websites below. For Metro Manila orders, expect your order within 3 days while Provincial orders within 7 days excluding holidays and natural circumstances.

DO YOU ACCEPT DOWN PAYMENTS?

YES, we DO ACCEPT down payments amounting to 60% of your total amount and the remaining 40% shall be paid before the scheduled delivery of your order. If you failed to pay within the window period, your order will automatically be cancelled or not shipped.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

RaElle Krafts DO NOT have a physical store to visit or drop-by. All store related transactions are done through online media platforms.
